Work Experience

I worked on modernizing a large, legacy payroll platform used by both employees and administrators, with a focus on making complex workflows easier to navigate and reason about. One of my main initiatives was leading a redesign of the application’s navigation across two platforms, shifting from a module-based structure to a persona-focused experience. This meant reviewing every page in the product, deciding what should be deprecated or consolidated, and reorganizing workflows around core objects like employees and reports so the product felt more intuitive and cohesive.

Alongside this work, I contributed to transitioning the analytics stack to a new third-party vendor and helped define a new experience for the reporting tool by rethinking user workflows on top of the existing backend. Throughout these projects, I worked closely with product, engineering, data, and go-to-market partners, balancing modernization with delivery speed and grounding decisions in customer needs and long-term maintainability.

Product Manager

Oasis Learning AI

Montréal, QC

I worked on shaping an AI-powered product designed to help organizations create custom training courses in a fraction of the time and cost of traditional approaches. Much of my early work focused on defining what the product should be and who it was truly for. I hosted workshops with our internal team to clarify the product vision and mission, then paired that with deep customer discovery by interviewing dozens of users across enterprises and large organizations to understand their real constraints, workflows, and decision drivers.

Alongside this, I conducted market and competitive research to ground our strategy and inform both positioning and pricing. I led cost and pricing analysis to ensure the product could deliver value while remaining commercially viable, and used these insights to refine MVP requirements and scope. As the product took shape, I developed and ran the beta program, onboarding early customers, gathering feedback, and iterating quickly to validate assumptions and guide the roadmap forward.

Product Manager

FutureMoney

Middletown, DE

I worked on building the first version of FutureMoney’s product, helping turn an early idea into a clearly defined, usable experience. My focus was on shaping the foundational requirements that would guide both what we built and why. I spent time deeply understanding the problem space—looking at how people thought about long-term investing and financial literacy—then translating those insights into concrete product decisions.

I partnered closely with engineering and design to define MVP scope, make intentional tradeoffs, and prioritize the smallest set of features needed to validate core assumptions. This meant balancing speed with quality, and being thoughtful about what not to build in the first iteration. Alongside delivery, I supported go-to-market planning by working with marketing to align positioning and launch strategy with the product’s value proposition. The result was a focused first release that gave the team a clear direction for iteration and growth, while grounding future decisions in real user feedback rather than assumptions.

Local Logic

Montréal, QC

I worked on evolving and scaling a data-driven product used by customers with very different needs, from internal teams to external partners. A major focus of my work was re-platforming a legacy product to address performance and scalability constraints that were starting to limit growth. This involved digging into real usage patterns, identifying where reliability and performance issues were creating friction, and making deliberate decisions about what to refactor versus what to preserve.

In parallel, I helped launch a lightweight integration that allowed clients to embed an interactive neighbourhood data widget directly into their own websites with minimal development effort. This work required balancing flexibility with simplicity, ensuring the product delivered value quickly without introducing unnecessary complexity. Across both initiatives, I gained a deeper appreciation for how foundational product and platform decisions affect adoption and retention, and how to balance long-term system health with the realities of shipping and iteration.

Product Manager

Moka Financial Technologies

(Acquired by Mogo)

Montréal, QC

I spent several years at Moka during a period of rapid growth, taking on increasing responsibility as the product evolved from an early-stage offering into a more mature consumer fintech platform. My work spanned both execution and strategy, with a focus on building products that helped users develop better financial habits while operating within real regulatory and operational constraints.

As the product grew, I owned end-to-end product strategy across core consumer experiences, including pricing and packaging, billing flows, and international expansion. I led initiatives to introduce a premium subscription model, improve platform stability, and expand the product into European markets, where I worked closely with engineering, legal, and external partners to support new payment methods and operational requirements. I also explored adjacent opportunities, including researching a potential payment card product by evaluating customer needs, unit economics, vendor options, and risk tradeoffs—ultimately recommending against launch based on strategic fit.

Across roles, this experience shaped how I think about scaling products responsibly, making hard tradeoffs, and balancing growth with long-term platform health.
